He has played a leading role in many large transformations for some of the largest carriers in the world. His aim is to continue to use his experience to help companies successfully transform and create new business models.

He brings in the right perspectives and the balances required to create the real value propositions that will help setup the business and establish lead in the Market.

In his current role as SE director for Ciena (Global) he collaborates with various teams to help improve the effectiveness of the Sales and Engineering teams, enabling them with right tools & processes and helping Ciena to execute on strategic initiatives leading to > 3B$ in Annual Sales.
